Job Purpose
Job Description
• Supports the development and implementation of Information Systems for HR department and respective HRIS data base
• Evaluates data base file structures, database normalization, access methods, and data relationships
• Evaluates the impact of any new or changed applications to determine their effect on existing applications
• Executes the conversion of existing applications; prepares hardware, software, and procedural documentation
• Consults with HR staff to define user needs, reporting requirements and problems
• Develops applications to be used with existing or new programs to streamline systems and procedures
• Coordinates maintenance and development projects and provides technical support including problem diagnosis, analysis, and resolution for a variety of network hardware, software and systems operation problems
• Develops, implements and presents training programs for HR staff to ensure appropriate and effective use of technology resources
• Makes sure that all local HRIS are compatible with the group HRIS • Responsible for data integrity in HR systems
You are meant for this job if:
10- 14 years of total experience in Oracle Fusion HCM/HRMS which includes 3-4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Expert in implementation and Support (Business As Usual ) and having experience of requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Completed at least 3-4 end to end implementations.
- Candidate has extensive experience in Security and Core HR modules.
- Worked on Technical tools like HDL, Oracle OTBI/ BI reports.
- Ability to lead and interact to higher management
- Experience in working for HRIS department of the company
- Excellent planning and organization skills
