Service Project Manager

Job Purpose
We are currently looking for a Service Project Manager to join our team in Nieuw Amsterdam.
The Service Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of the service projects within determined budget, timeframe and quality. You have to manage assigned service projects such as drilling projects, WIT, repair, rental and MMR work within the application of our wellhead equipment.
A Service Project Manager is the face to the customer and manages the projects involving multi-sites and/or remote locations. Manage time schedule, risks and financial performance of the project to deliver a quality and on time product and/or service. This is done by combining strong project management skills with technical skills.
Job Description
- Direct reporting line to the Senior Service Project Manager
- Full co-operation with TechnipFMC colleagues within the base, but also within the region is required Main relationships:
- Managers / supervisors at all levels across local and the NE & CIS organization to ensure quality is built in to all the TechnipFMC products, processes and services
- Field Service Technicians, who work on- and offshore should give you daily updates operational wise and reports to you also in case of unforeseen technical challenges will arise
- Workshop, you are in close contact with the workshop for alignment and technical support
- Asset Coordinator for rental tooling requirements
- Engineering for technical requests
- Service administration, to be administrative fully in control
- Has external working relationships with mainly:
- Customers, contact at different levels, as you are the main point of contact of them
- TechnipFMC suppliers for technical discussions
- Able to work independently on more varied and complex tasks without direct supervision in order to successfully meet expectations.
- Think ahead, check and make sure the right procedures are in place to be fully in control as errors could lead to delays, putting customer activities on hold, rework, PONC, high operational risks for people the environment and equipment.
You are meant for this job if:
- Mechanical Engineering MBO+/HBO (preferred, but not obligatory depending on experience).
- Experience in Oil & Gas industry (preferred) for knowledge of products and standards/regulations
- Project management experience
- Strong English language skills (both oral and writing)
- Office 365 experience
- ERP knowledge (SAP is preferred)
