Job Purpose

Supervise and support local operations in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements, promoting continuous improvement, and strengthening the culture of safety and prevention within TechnipFMC.

 

Job Description

  • Support local operations in HSE matters, acting as a consultative function.

  • Evaluate field and service base activities, proposing improvements for operational safety and environmental protection.

  • Interact with clients on HSE topics.

  • Support incident investigations.

  • Prepare sector statistics and reports.

  • Conduct weekly field visits.

  • Verify compliance with legal requirements and monitor the RL matrix monthly.

  • Deliver training on HSE and management system procedures.

  • Participate in meetings with clients and leadership as required.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety.

  • Experience in the oil & gas industry.

  • Knowledge of environmental topics.

  • Intermediate English (advanced desirable). 
  • Experience in incident investigations and safety audits.
  • Availability for field visits.

  • Work environment may include exposure to noise, heavy machinery, and vehicle traffic.

  • Activities include office work, plant meetings, client meetings, and field visits.
