Job Description

  • Manage a Flow Testing customer location without supervision
  • Identify, resolve, and support crew and shift needs
  • Mentor, train, and document performance with personnel
  • Support and communicate with Flow Testing Supervisors, Lead Supervisor and Manager
  • Expert Ability to rig up and rig down equipment, Flow Testing principles and processes
  • Responsible for proper equipment performance and maintenance 
  • Proper completion of safety paperwork and incident management
  • Contribute to the evaluation and communication of project with both client and manager
  • Responsible for the daily reporting of costs, inventories and reporting

You are meant for this job if:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.  Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of education, if candidate successfully completes an aptitude and reading comprehension
  • Valid and current driver license with acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Above average knowledge and understanding of oil field and Flow Testing operations
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • At least 5 years Flow Testing experience
  • At least 3 year in a supervisory role preferred
  • Excellent leadership ability
  • Excellent time management skills
