Job Purpose
The Planner-Scheduler Engineer I will provide project planning and scheduling support to projects within Subsea NAM group. This candidate must be detail oriented, but able to understand projects from a top level perspective while strictly adhering to the foundational beliefs and core values of TechnipFMC.

Define project objectives, execution strategy, and develop compliant schedules to meet duration and resource goals.Establish planning & scheduling systems (methods, procedures, dashboards) and assign work breakdown structures.Monitor and control project status, identify delays, propose corrective actions, and conduct schedule audits/reviews.Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure alignment.Collaborate with project teams to identify milestones, critical approvals, procurement items, and validate progress.Analyze schedule logic, constraints, critical paths, and assess schedule changes/trends for accuracy and validity.Prepare client and internal progress reports, support baseline approvals, and review contractual documentation for planning compliance.Provide feedback and lessons learned to improve planning methods; manage hardware through supply chain using SAP ERP and related tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience; technical background preferred).2–4 years of project execution experience, ideally in subsea oil & gas.Proficient in scheduling tools (Primavera P6) and ERP systems (SAP or similar); strong MS Office skills.Skilled in coordinating multiple schedule inputs and delivering accurate project status reports.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail.Effective communicator and team player; capable of client interfacing and contractual review.Knowledge of project planning, MRP, and commercial management of contracts; negotiation experience preferred.Willingness to work nights/weekends during vessel operations and support offshore projects as needed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Spend 90% time in an office environment and/or 10% travel. May be exposed to possible hazards including noise, outdoor temperature extremes, chemicals, pressure testing, heavy lift operations and shop/field traffic when visiting areas outside of the office.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Office environment requires sitting, operating a computer, and walking.
