Job Purpose

Support Personnel Activities: Work visa & work permit applications, follow up with SIMIGRA & MITESS 

Job Description

To issue work visa & work permit applications for onshore & offshore crew;

Follow up of all visa & permit applications;  

Upload info & data on ERP software  Interface with Personnel Logistics Lead and Team in Paris;

Report any arising problems or complaints to the Logistics Management Team  Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements;  

You are meant for this job if:


Prior experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus Good knowledge on SIMIGRA and MITESS process  +/- 2 years of experience in same position  Ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment on a large-scale Project Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,  Proficiency in logistics software and tools (Pack office, ERP software) English skills are mandatory
