Job Purpose

Support Personnel Activities: crew change, transfer of personnel and follow up of the associated requests.

Job Description

Support Personnel logistics for offshore crew.  Issue flight documents & ensure accuracy of passenger’s information  Coordination with Airline company (crew manifests, cargo manifests)  Keep track of personnel movements requests (roster) and data tracking on ERP software Flight tracking, weather briefing, weight and balance computation   Coordinate relationships with local Agent for transportation of the crew from Hotel to Airport  Report any arising problems or complaints to the Logistics Management Team  Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

You are meant for this job if:

+/- 3 years of experience in same position  Ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment on a large-scale Project Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,  Proficiency in logistics software and tools (Pack office, ERP software) English skills are mandatory
