JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Identify and control manufacturing demands and provide visibility to the cell team (production, quality, engineering) based on SAP reports and Production Plan;
  • Maintain the short-term Production Plan, interacting with the necessary interfaces to ensure information quality, effective communication, and alignment with the demands of other Manufacturing Plans;
  • Participate in production meetings, ensuring problem resolution, execution within established deadlines, and continuous flow;
  • Participate in/Lead Value Stream Maps (VSMs), reviewing or designing PCP processes;
  • Monitor product quality by sharing recurrence of deviations to ensure containment and correction actions;
  • Prepare and present management reports on production indicators;
  • Analyze the loading of new demands, participate in or lead first article meetings, contributing ideas and actions for product execution within expected deadlines and production flow;
  • Participate and contribute to the company's safety, environmental, and quality programs.

YOU ARE MEANT FOR THIS JOB IF:

* Location Macaé - Subsea Services Base
  • Availability to work from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM;
  • Ongoing higher education in Administration, Production Engineering;
  • Experience with production/factory environments;
  • Experience with oil equipment (ANM, Installation tools: FIBAP, FDR, TRT, Test base, maintenance processes);
  • Differential: knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (PDCA, Kaizen, 5S, Waste, flows…);
  • Advanced Excel, SAP (MM, PP modules);
  • Intermediate English.
