Job Description

  • Realizar inspeções nos processos de soldagem, dureza e tratamento térmico, conforme procedimentos e especificações aprovados, interpretando e implementando requisitos normativos.

  • Verificar qualidade por meio de inspeção visual, dimensional, parâmetros elétricos, layout e ambiente de soldagem, assegurando conformidade com a ABNT NBR 14842 e certificações aplicáveis.

  • Levantar dados para análise de desempenho de soldadores e operadores, identificando necessidades de ajustes de processo e treinamentos.

  • Preparar e/ou emitir instruções de inspeção de soldagem e listas de profissionais qualificados, conforme normas e especificações técnicas.

  • Conferir certificados de qualidade de materiais, garantindo conformidade com requisitos técnicos.

  • Atuar como liderança técnica nos processos de inspeção, treinando e orientando a equipe para solução de problemas e aprimoramento técnico.

  • Garantir que inspeções de qualidade e processos especiais estejam de acordo com procedimentos definidos pela Engenharia, por meio de inspeções e acompanhamento de execução.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Curso Técnico em Mecânica, Eletrônica, Eletrotécnica ou Mecatrônica

  • Pacote Office (Word e Excel) – nível intermediário desejável

  • Inglês básico
  • Vivência em atividades de controle de qualidade no processo de soldagem
