Job Purpose

Responsible of one or several sites over 5000 m² Coordinates activities related to buildings, maintenance and works, property transfers and management, and adjustments to existing regulations through effective technical and economic management. 

Job Description

• Manages the services and building operations to provide a safe environment fitted to the business requirements an din line with the Group Standard

• Monitors budgets and recommends appropriate corrective actions

• Contributes to technical and economic management of Real Estate projects. Monitors contracts with suppliers and contractors in line with set programs and requirements (costs and building conditions)

• Supports the manager in activities related to property transfers and management

• Contributes to selection of outside suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with tender specifications and requirements .

• Provides KPI and all the information requested by other department . 

• Guarantees the compliance with the local regulation . 

• Manages internal staff

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor/university Degree with minimum 5 years of experience in the area.

• Fluency in English

• Knowledge on Finance, Project Management, Construction, related laws and regulations
