Job Purpose

Support and execute tasks within the Procurement Department involving medium complexity, working under the supervision and guidance of direct leadership, while applying the area’s policies, procedures, and best practices.

Job Description

  • Conduct in-person and remote meetings with suppliers to improve performance in terms of pricing, lead time, and quality.
  • Collaborate in Strategic Sourcing processes for medium-complexity scopes, including commercial evaluation, financial assessment, and capacity vs. demand analysis.
  • Lead the qualification and development process for both critical and non-critical suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance in accordance with TechnipFMC’s policies.
  • Measure performance and manage relationships with strategic suppliers through planned periodic meetings (QBR).
  • Identify new suppliers for medium-complexity items and support the search for high-complexity ones, using industry-specific trade shows, benchmarking, and other tools.
  • Participate in meetings with internal clients and resolve issues related to the supported area.
  • Leverage internal client feedback to improve procurement processes. 

You are meant for this job if:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering (any specialization), or other Exact Sciences fields.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Desirable skills in Power BI.
  • Training in Negotiation Techniques (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle (preferred).
