We are looking for a Project Planner!

Our Planning Department is looking to strengthen its team. We are seeking a Project Planner who can support us with projects and tenders. The Project Services department supports the efficient execution of projects with deliveries to customers in Europe and Africa. The department includes project and operations planning, document management and control, risk and warranty management. Our vision is to proactively deliver quality services to our projects and leaders, ensuring informed management of risk and decision-making

Job Description

  • Establish and maintain project plans for projects and/or studies/tenders, covering schedule, manpower, and progress, in accordance with contract requirements and TechnipFMC standard planning methods.
  • Establish and follow up on offshore schedules based on the latest Daily Progress Reports (DPR) from the vessel when the project is offshore.
  • Maintain tracking of changes within the schedule, identifying the cause of changes, scheduling/mitigating where appropriate, and documenting/communicating any change impacts to the schedule.
  • Maintain strong working relationships within the internal project planning groups by keeping a knowledge base of required information.
  • Prepare or provide input to internal and external project reports.
  • Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators, including planning targets.
  • Liaise with client project control personnel.
  • Implement sub-contractors' plans into the main schedule/plan.

You are meant for this job if:

•    Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent) in one or more of the following disciplines. Engineering, Business Administration,Project Control. Relevant work experience can compensate for lack of formal competency 
•    Minimum 3-5 years Experience preferably in Project Planning and/or Operations/Vessel Planning
•    Relevant experience with project planning tools such as Primavera and MS Project
•    Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI).
•    Preferably Experience from offshore / Subsea projects.
•    Strong ability to cooperate and communicate internally as well as with external customers.
•    Proactive work approach.
•    Able to work independently, Self-driven, structured and analytical
•    Detailed Oriented and accurate and eager to learn.
