Job Purpose

We are looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner! 
You will be a part of the Norway Group Learning team and have focus on the company learning and development needs. You will be responsible for proposing, creating, and delivering learning solutions for our Norway sites, and when needed for our other locations as well.

You will work with directors, senior managers and HRBP’s within the Norway organization to lead development of learning and knowledge management solutions to support key strategic objectives for their area. 
You will lead our learning and knowledge management projects to deliver cross-regional or global learning solutions. 
 

Job Description

 

  • Provide learning and development consultancy, coaching and support
  • Experience of learning design and delivery using a range of learning methodologies
  • Experience in use of digital tools (learning technologies, LMS, e-learning, Web, virtual learning tools etc)
  • Create, facilitate and deliver foundational type of training in classroom and on digital platform
  • Provide learning administration
  • Collaborate with technical and nontechnical training personnel & peers to address needs and share lessons that are common in other regions and countries. Interface with departmental and senior staff, internal and external partners on a regular basis.
  • Be able to deliver training on non-technical subjects when there is a need for it.

 

You are meant for this job if you have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Pedagogical education is preferred, and practice is required
  • Strong written and oral command of Norwegian and English
  • Knowledge and experience in holding courses, training and/or presentations
  • 2 or more years of experience in training activities
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders
  • Able to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Cultural awareness
