LCI/MC Coordinator

We are looking for a LCI/MC Coordinator for our office in Lysaker! 
 The primary responsibility of the LCI/MC Coordinator is to ensure that Life Cycle Information (LCI) deliverables are produced and transferred to the Company according to contract requirements. This role also ensures mechanical completion requirements are met and provides reports to project management. The LCI/MC Coordinator serves as the single point of contact to coordinate LCI activities with the Company.
 

Job Description

• Ensures contractual requirements related to LCI and hand over are implemented on the project.
• Cooperate with the engineering and regional management disciplines to ensure that the work, routines and procedures meet contractual requirements.
• Establish and implement LCI strategy and plan and ensure that all LCI deliverables are identified.
• Follows up on information management activities and documentation status and performance in cooperation with project to secure project milestones. Reports deviations and propose actions across interfaces.
• Ensures proper interface with the client according to project requirements.
• Identifies and gives input to Variation Order Requests (VORs), documentation status reports, areas of concern etc. on a regular basis to appropriate and relevant project and discipline management.
• Performs project closing activities according to Client procedures and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate planning, support, follow-up, and quality control of LCI related input from all parties involved in the project.
• Cooperate with the engineering and regional management disciplines to ensure that the work, routines and procedures meet contractual requirements.
• Overall responsible for MC input to tender activities, with respect to MC, to ensure quality requirements are understood and that necessary clarifications are made.
• Overall responsibility for ensuring that the MC (Mechanical Completion) deliverables are produced and transferred to Company according to the MC Procedure as stated in the TechnipFMC and/or Contractual requirements.

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor's or Master`s degree in information management or equivalent (e.g. Systems engineering, Library and Information Studies, technical school, IT and information systems)
• Ability to work systematically and independently
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Gives and takes constructive feedback well.
• Maintain a high professional standard and promote good team dynamics.
• Good skills in Norwegian and English language, verbal and written
