Job Purpose

Ensures that the necessary Quality Management System processes are established and implemented on site in accordance with Group standards (GOPS) and standards certifications (ISO)

Job Description

• Ensures the project, product and/or process quality comply with internal & customer requirements and ensures alignment with other applicable industry standards and regulations. 

• Develops and implements integrated Quality Management systems. Promotes and assists in the continuous improvement of the region’s quality systems.

• Develops procedures and specifications and ensures their implementation. Oversees the implementation and effective deployment of process and procedure changes.

• Promotes Quality Culture. Responsible for quality processes management and implementation according to standards and regulations.

• Ensures proper implementation of criticality rating system and surveillance for procured items.

• Helps in defining sites/ projects objectives and metrics (KPI), ensures reporting is in place, analyzes performance, proposes corrective or improvement actions and reports.

• Ensures adequate and timely reporting to the Quality Region management.

• Plans and controls budgets and expenses of the Quality department.

• Ensures that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented, and maintained.

• Ensures initiation of action(s) to address nonconformities.

• Ensures the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.

• Ensures that subsea PSM activities described in the program are done in accordance with client's procedures and guidance.

• Ensures correct implementation of radiography inspections of small-bore tubing and structural welds - RT film reviews and interpretations on projects.

• Carries out process failure/root cause investigations in Engineering, operations, and Quality.

• Enforces strict adherence to Project Quality Plans, ITPs, initiates corrective actions and ensures effective close out.

• Manages all activities, related to subsea services and project quality.

• Performs and leads technical and QMS audits of internal and external, suppliers per ISO 9001:2015.

• Key facilitator of supplier improvement programs that improved QHSE and delivery.

• Initiates and leads readiness preparations and identification of all needs for project execution.

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably with a specialization in Quality) • 8 years of experience within a formal Management System and with relevant industry experience.
