Job Purpose

We are looking for a Package Engineer who can join our multicultural team in Lisbon, Portugal, to manage external suppliers as part of our package management team inside the Flexibles pipes and Umbilical product line, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures, processes, schedules, and budget, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Write material requisitions and assess the compliance of different bidders.

• Technical interface between suppliers, engineering teams, procurement, client.

• Analyzed industry's standards (ASTM, API, ISO, EN, ASME, AWS, NORSOK, DNV, ABS, etc...), and matched the procurement constraints of the suppliers to the requirements of TPFMC’s design team
• Manage the suppliers during manufacturing (including on-site visits) up to final inspection and delivery of equipment, with focus on HSE, planning, technical solutions, cost, quality, inspections, etc…

 

You are meant for this job if:

• Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Materials, Naval, Aerospace)

• Strong basic knowledge in engineering

• Strong communication skill is key for this management role

• Show evidence of good organizational and problem-solving skills

• Service/Customer oriented

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and project culture

• Good command of English
