Job Description

Your main responsibilities 

 

  • Qualify suppliers and approve their manufacturing processes.
  • Train and support suppliers on TechnipFMC quality standards.
  • Monitor quality and logistics performance using KPIs.
  • Reduce non-conformities and improve first-pass compliance rates.
  • Conduct audits (systems, products, processes) and follow up on action plans.
  • Manage and resolve non-conformities.
  • Analyze quality data (SAP, NCR, etc.) to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to quality documentation.

You are meant for this job if:

About You 

 

  • Master’s degree / Engineering degree.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a quality-related role in a production environment.
  • Experience with direct external suppliers is preferred.
  • Technical knowledge (mechanics, welding, plastics, steels) and industrial processes.
  • Proficiency with IT tools (ERP, MRP).
  • Advanced English, essential for an international environment.
  • Autonomy, organization, priority management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Problem-solving, leadership, project management, and change management.

  • Frequent travel required (supplier visits, audits, meetings).
