Job Purpose

Responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end delivery of packages (Flexible Risers Monitoring equipment) in a timely and efficient manner. Your goal is to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will also strive to continuously improve the delivery process, leveraging technology and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

With a technical background, you will work within a small team to ensure the successful execution of delivery projects in accordance with TechnipFMC QHSES corporate policies. The Project Manager will also be expected to troubleshoot some of the technical issues that may arise, being the frontline of the client’s request, ensuring minimal disruption to the delivery process.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of projects from inception to completion. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

· Team Leadership: Work together with a small team, fostering a collaborative environment while encouraging individual growth and responsibility.

· Stakeholder Communication: Act as the key point of contact for all project stakeholders. This includes internal team members, company leadership, and external clients or vendors.

· Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

· Process Improvement: Continuously strive to improve project processes, leveraging innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in project management, preferably in a small to medium-sized company.

· Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team.

· Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

· Project risk management.

· Problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions under pressure.

 

Work Environment: You will be a member of a multicultural team located in France responsible for providing support to TechnipFMC regions across the globe regarding monitoring and inspection solutions for Flexible Pipes

You are meant for this job if:

 

· BS in Engineering or equivalent with 4 to 7 years of experience in engineering or related fields

· At least 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.

· Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus

· Experience working in a dynamic environment

· Ability to think and act independently on relatively complex projects and issues
· A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Additional Skills

 

· Eagerness to learn technical skills: the project manager will be requested to understand the technical aspects related to the projects they will manage.

· Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.

· Ability to troubleshoot issues, make decisions under pressure, and find effective solutions to problems.

· Proficiency in English (both written and oral) is a must
