Job Purpose

Responsible for the management of TSP personnel, travel and related administration activities deemed necessary by the Project or TSP department.

Job Description

  • Manage all TSPs international mobility assignments in and out of TechnipFMC APAC, ensuring all travel and logistics are in place ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Ensure assignment letters and necessary visas are in place for all TSP personnel.
  • Ensure Project terms & conditions and other project documents are up to date at all times.
  • Manage TSP department employee relation matters including performance issues, grievance and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure relevant compliance obligations and internal procedures are understood and adhered to.
  • Recommend and implement actions for department procedures.

Ensure collaborative work practices between Project and TSP department (offshore training, admin, and travel).

Qualifications (Educational Professional)

Diploma, Bachelor degree in BA or equivalent

 

Knowledge/Skills (consider practical,  technical and managerial knowledge)

Intermediate Microsoft

Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal)

SAP experience (preferable)

Strong people management skills

Effective communication skills

 

Experience (please consider the typical career parth the incumbent would have)

5 years or equivalent

Extensive experience in coordination and mobilization of personnel to/from international countries

Demonstrated problem solving abilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Experience in administrative support
