Job Description

 Plan, manage and coordinate assigned projects typically consisting of engineering, procurement, refurbishment, and installation contracts.

 May manage projects involving multi-sites and/or remote locations.

 Manages the detail commercial terms, schedule, risks, and financial performance of the project to deliver a quality product and services on time.

 Single point of contact and source of information to the internal and external stakeholders related to the contract, operations/equipment/FST preparation, and field operations.

 Responsible for ensuring that the services agreement, rental contracts, supplier/vendor orders, IC orders are executed and controlled as per TFMC standards and oversee the SAP order entry/control function for demand creation, invoicing, orders managements

 Face to the customer for drilling/installation operations, hotshot manufacturing, mobilization (Equipment & FST status) and workshop orders, and therefore must support the customer throughout these activities to achieve customer success.

 Responsible for ensuring that the internal reporting (financial, legal, project status, etc.) is properly achieved and that the operation is capable of successfully passing TFMC internal or external audits.  Work independently on more varied and complex tasks without direct supervision to successfully meet expectations.

 Able to think ahead, check and make sure the right procedures, equipment, and people are in place to be fully in control as errors could lead to delays, putting customer activities on hold, rework, CNQ, high operational risks for people, the environment and equipment.

 Execute proper job preparation in conjunction with, FST's, coordinator, internal suppliers, and/or customers in accordance with GBPMS and business execution model

 First point of contact when issues arise. Gives directions and technical support to our FST's during the job, and provide troubleshooting steps to ensure operational uptime  Provide long term FST demand to the FST Department regularly, based on operational forecast, to ensure advanced planning of required personnel.

 Provide financial forecast to the Finance department regularly, to ensure accurate reporting of contract profitability, and responsible for the action plans for any financial deviations

 Implement Risk Management into all planning activities, record, monitor and manage all risks via TechnipFMC Risk Management tool.

 Attend internal and external customer meetings on location and if needed prepare and give technical presentations and meet their expectations

 Responsible for managing contract cost versus revenue, including management of customer POs, VORs, and invoicing

 Support the creation of FNCRs, drives the closure FNCR actions and RCA, and implementation of the MOC's when required, in accordance to the TFMC Quality and HSE standards

 Manage and control any contracted related, customer owned equipment located within TechnipFMC premises

 Upsell, and generate more work/revenue within the contract of the existing agreements (Increase business VOR)

 Set milestones in planning and to other departments, clear expectations and requirements to ensure successful operations planning and execution  Report project KPI's as defined by Field Operations Manager/Service Manager and/or customers. Investigate poor results to identify root cause and propose corrective measures to Field Operations/Service Manager.

 Technical education, BSc Engineering , or similar. Expereince can

compensate ofr a lack of formal competency.

Knowledge/Skills (consider practical,

technical and managerial knowledge)

 High level of computer literary

 Excellent presentation skills

Experience (please consider the typical

career path the incumbent would have)

 Minimum 7 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas Industry in an applicable

job role (Service Technician, Field Engineer, WH and XT Engineer/System

Engineer/Project Engineer), with at least 1 years working in the field.

 Prefer at least 2 years expereicne in Project Managment
