Job Purpose

  • Responsible and accountable for the safe, efficient & effective execution of the Project Operations.

Job Description

  • Manage a small team or autonomous work based on Project scope.
  • Support on both technical work execution and commercial aspects as required.
  • Offshore attendance based on Project requirement & Schedule.
  • Maintaining good communication through project team.
  • Supervises the preparation of operating principles and procedures for the project scope.
  • Performs engineering reviews and analyses when necessary.
  • Provide the VDT standard installation methods and develop reliable solutions as per set scope.
  • Ensuring operational & engineering constraints are considered for the selection of installation methodology. 
  • Maintaining high level of standard & consistency throughout the set deliverables.
  • Providing guidance, developing, and ensure continuous improvement & consolidation of lessons learnt.
  • Efficient delivery of key set documents for offshore operations spanning mobilization, offshore operations and demobilization of all offshore work front required to support set project scope.
  • Attend risk reviews and HSE mitigation plans in coordination with associated disciplines & scopes .
  • Reviews other engineers’ work and provides appropriate guidance and training when necessary.
  • Mentor and train engineers to industry trends and company set standards. 

You are meant for this job if:

  • University engineering degree
  • Significant experience in Subsea Operations and Installation Engineering (min.5 years) 3- 4 years
  • Possibly professional registration by Engineers institution, depending on local regulation.
  • Strong and proven management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills. Excellent risk identification skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in professional English.
  • Knowledge of discipline IT tools.
  • Enthusiasm for sharing that experience. 
  • Eagerness to invest in others. Team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of Subsea activities.
  • Good knowledge in Techniques and Assets in Offshore Installation. Good knowledge in Subsea Equipment engineering and procedures.
  • Experience within an asset operations and service delivery environment.
  • Risk identification and management skills.
