Job Purpose

This role is responsible for driving program coordination, tracking interdependencies, and leading change management activities to support the delivery of the OneERP transformation across all locations in the APAC & Middle East region.

 

The role will work closely with Payroll, HR Operations, HRIS, IDS, HRBPs, and global project teams to ensure alignment, track progress, and support the successful implementation of key systems, including SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Strada Payroll, Workforce Time, and related process transitions and integrations.

 

This role is critical to ensuring operational readiness, payroll stability, and effective change adoption across countries during the transition period, and will also support additional HR transformation initiatives where required.

Job Description

1. Program Coordination & Tracking

  • Support the development and maintenance of regional program plans and trackers
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple HR workstreams
  • Coordinate updates across EC, Payroll, Time, and integration activities
  • Prepare status reports and dashboards for regional and global stakeholders as required

 

2. Cross-Workstream Coordination

  • Work with Global project teams, Payroll, HR Operations, HRIS and IDS teams to track interdependencies
  • Follow up on key actions and drive alignment across workstreams
  • Support issue resolution by coordinating inputs from relevant stakeholders

 

3. Change Management Support

  • Lead and execute change management activities across APME
  • Coordinate communication and training initiatives for impacted user groups
  • Partner with HRBPs and local teams to drive awareness and adoption
  • Track change readiness across countries and entities

 

4. Cutover & Operational Readiness Support

  • Support business cutover planning and tracking across APME countries
  • Coordinate readiness activities related to Data migration, System testing and Process transitions.
  • Support post-go-live activities, including health checks and issue tracking during hypercare

 

5. Risk & Issue Management

  • Maintain risk and issue logs and follow up on mitigation actions
  • Identify and highlight potential risks related to payroll, time, and system dependencies
  • Escalate key issues to the Regional Hub Lead as required

 

6. Key Deliverables:

  • Regional program tracker and status reports
  • Dependency and risk logs
  • Business cutover tracker by country/entity
  • Change activity tracker (communications, training, readiness)
  • Go-live readiness and hypercare tracking support

You are meant for this job if:

Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in HR transformation, PMO, or change management roles
  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country projects
  • Exposure to HR systems or ERP implementations (e.g., HRIS, payroll, time systems)

 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive follow-ups
  • Good understanding of project tracking, risks, and dependencies
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

 

Exposure to (Prefered):

  • SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central)
  • Payroll systems or outsourcing vendors
  • Time management systems
  • Experience supporting change management initiatives
