Job Purpose

Responsible on Project Planning & Scheduling System implementation, maintenance & updating and ensure the Schedule and Progress actual & forecast reliability

Job Description

  • Overall responsibility for the creation, maintenance and close-out of project plans
  • Establish project plans for the execution of the work covering schedule, manpower and progress, in accordance with TechnipFMC standard planning methods.
  • Ensure that project plans are updated on a regular basis based on input from the project organisation.
  • Monitor and analyze progress, schedule, manpower and assists in analyzing cost/margin against baseline plan and current plan. Prepare and maintain forecast schedule and initiate corrective actions when this schedule deviates from current plan.
  • Responsible for reporting in accordance with contract and TechnipFMC standard reporting procedures
  • Review and participate in preparation of Variation Order Requests, and implement accepted Variation Orders with regards to schedule, manpower and cost plans.
  • Prepare internal and external project reports, to include milestone completion.
  • Work with Project Managers and Project Engineers to ensure accuracy of schedules and the impact to the overall project schedule.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • More than 4 years hands-on planning experience in Oil & Gas project environment
  • Skills and experience in using Primavera, MS Words and Excel
  • Good workload management skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in English
