Job Purpose

Manage Tender teams, and be responsible for preparing and delivereing Tenders and Proposals in accordance the Tender Process. Responsible for managing the team during negotioations, and drive the nogotiations, until handover to Service Execution.

Job Description

  • Lead mulitdicipline tender teams and coordinate the tender team activities.
  • Prepare Tenders & Proposals in accordanc with the Commercial Tender Process.
  • Manage and coordinate negotations of Contracts.
  • Develop and define Tender strategy in cooperation with regional Business Devlopment Team.
  • Liase and cooperate with the regional Business Develoment Team during the excecution and neogitaion of Tenders.
  • LIase and cooperate with One Sercice Tooling organisation during execution and neogtaitno of Tenders
  • Liase and cooperate with regional Service Center and/or Service Lines during execution and negotation of Tenders
  • Support and participate in EPC/iEPCI tenders teams, being responsible for execution of the Services part of such tenders.
  • Aquire comprehensive knowledge of customer/market drivers during tender phase for specific opportunities, and share such knowledge with the Services Commercial personnel as required.
  • Contribute to effective execution of Tenders, and support optimal  tender resources utilization.
  • Manage the Tender Budget  – close attention on internal cost/resources spent. Propose and implement mitigating actions and plans to keep budget and secure relevant reporting.
  • Support and contribute to global and cross-regional tender objectives, efforts and improvements.
  • Build close partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Use, and learn lean methodology to continuously improve the Subsea Services tender teams performance

  1. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor degree in business administration, economics, engineering or equivalent

Work experience can compensate for lack of formal competency)

 

  1. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
    • Minum 5 years experience from Subea Services (still open for oil and gas)  and/or Tendering and/or Contract Management
    • Minimum 3-year management and/or supervisory experience

 

  1. REQUIRED CERTIFICATE(S):
    • N/A

 

  1. REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
    • Clearly and concisely convey information and expectations to team members and stakeholders
    • Understand and address the needs and concerns of team members and stakeholders

    • Micrsoft office programs
    • Extende knowledge in Excel
    • Developing novel solutions and being open to new ideas and approaches

    • Demonstrating consistency between words and actions.
    • Taking ownership of decisions, actions, and their outcomes. This involves being answerable for both successes and failures and setting a positive example for the team.
