Job Purpose

  • Lead and support a team of planners

  • Ensure proper implementation of material planning processes across projects

  • Perform SAP material master data maintenance

Job Description

  • Provide techincal support and coaching for material planners

  • Participate in Global Material Planning network

  • Take lead on SAP/ planning related initiatives

  • Perform user acceptance test (UAT) assigned by global network for any SAP improvement initiatives

  • Participate in annual review of stock transfer/ write off exercise

  • Ensure proper process implemented for eMM part number extension

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining SAP material master data and product BOMs at components level and sourcing into the EPC plant, as applicable.

  • Support and guide other product line functions (engineering, supply chain, production etc.) in areas related to SAP use of Master Data, BOM, MRP and other SAP functions and processes, to ensure best practice relative to the Global Material Master Standard.

  • Responsible for analysing supply chain impact of engineering changes (ECN) and communicating those impacts to relevant parties

  • Perform work in accordance with TechnipFMC policies and procedures

You are meant for this job if:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent

  • More than 8 years hands-on material planning experience in Oil & Gas project environment

  • Proficient in SAP Materials Management system

  • Preferable skill in Primavera P6

  • Skills and experience in using MS Words and Excel

  • Proficient in English
