Are you an experienced Mechanical engineer eager to grow in a dynamic, multicultural environment? Join our team as a Supplier Quality Engineer.

Enabling quality and predictability in the supply chain is our Value driven purpose. This role is central to that mission - ensuring our suppliers meet the requirements and our operations run smoothly and reliably.

What You Will Do

As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you’ll be the analytical force behind our supplier’s performance.
Your mission: dig into issues, identify patterns, and lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA) efforts with suppliers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and manage safety & quality performance of assigned MPM suppliers using KPIs and metrics Identifying recurring issues to avoid repeat of non-conformances
  • Drive supplier development through continuous improvement, data-driven insights, and proactive engagement
  • Train and guide suppliers on TechnipFMC processes, ensure alignment on the requirements
  • Challenge and improve supplier and internal practices through collaboration
  • Establishing preventive Actions

Travel Requirements

This role involves travel to supplier sites in Norway. A valid driving license is required.

Who We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for quality. You’ll thrive in this role if you have these preferred qualifications:

  • BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, especially Machining
  • Familiarity with quality principles and problem-solving methodologies
  • Experience with RCCA and non-conformance management

  • Organized, structured, and self-driven
  • High integrity and attention to detail
  • Confident in presenting and training others
  • Willing to work from the office in Kraków 4 days a week
