What You Will Do
As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you’ll be the analytical force behind our supplier’s performance.
Your mission: dig into issues, identify patterns, and lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA) efforts with suppliers. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor and manage safety & quality performance of assigned MPM suppliers using KPIs and metrics Identifying recurring issues to avoid repeat of non-conformances
- Drive supplier development through continuous improvement, data-driven insights, and proactive engagement
- Train and guide suppliers on TechnipFMC processes, ensure alignment on the requirements
- Challenge and improve supplier and internal practices through collaboration
- Establishing preventive Actions
Travel Requirements
This role involves travel to supplier sites in Norway. A valid driving license is required.
Who We're Looking For
We’re seeking someone with a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for quality. You’ll thrive in this role if you have these preferred qualifications:
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, especially Machining
- Familiarity with quality principles and problem-solving methodologies
- Experience with RCCA and non-conformance management
