Job Purpose

• Develops and improves Suppliers to achieve business goals related to Procurement Supplier Quality Management. This includes Supplier training on TechnipFMC's requirements, Quality Inspections at Suppliers' sites, analysis of Supplier performance and involvement on improvement process

Job Description

  • Executes quality planning and actions, in accordance to the Supplier Quality programs
  • Takes a lead in development, and quality improvement of assigned portfolio of TechnipFMC suppliers
  • Works together with the suppliers on quality problem solving
  • Audits/ reviews supplier manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Defines and executes training of suppliers to the TechnipFMC's processes
  • Proactively manages safety and environmental issues and ensures compliance to codes and standards.
  • Attends Witness and Hold points on behalf of TechnipFMC
  • Performs inspections at the suppliers as part of source inspection and drop shipment processes
  • Execute Enhanced Surveillance and Expediting processes at the suppliers

You are meant for this job if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably with a specialization in Quality)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within a formal Management System
  • Good knowledge of Quality Systems and regulations
  • Technical competency of welding and NDE (VT, MT/PT, UT)
  • Manufacturing work experience
  • IWI/IWE certification is desired
  • Openness to travel 80%-100% of the time
