Job Purpose

We are looking for a Senior Project Planner to join our Planning Subsea Services Department in Krakow Global Engineering and Service Centre.

Job Description

  • Perform all activities in accordance with Global Business Management System
  • Create and follow-up project schedule
  • Create and follow-up Service Orders and Sales Orders
  • Create production orders
  • Manage stock transfer orders
  • Request CPI and/or Rental Equipment
  • Check spare parts availability
  • Issue required transport documentation
  • Inform workshop about planned service orders, changes in basic start / finish dates according to customer requirement
  • Follow up intercompany deliveries

You are meant for this job if

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Project Planning, Logistics, Production Planning, Project Management or similar
  • Min. +/- 8 years of relevant experience in logistics, planning, maintenance, execution or project management
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)
  • Very good command of English,
  • Good communication skills and team-player spirit
  • Attention to details, ability to work with big amount of data
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment.
