Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated engineering professional to join our Controls & Automation Department in Krakow Engineering Center. As a Project Engineer, you will be working with state of the art single-phase and multi-phase flow meters for subsea and topside applications, and working in close cooperation with Multi Phase Metering (MPM) office in Stavanger, Norway.

Job Description

  • Leading and performing mechanical discipline engineering in accordance with project scope of work, schedule and budget
  • Reviewing and approving mechanical engineering documentation
  • Reviewing and approving sub-supplier documentation
  • Agreeing on technical solutions with customers and clients
  • Participating in direct discussions with customers and clients
  • Participating in pre-production meetings with suppliers
  • Following-up manufacturing and testing activities according to internal and external standards
  • Reviewing of contract requirements, engineering guidelines, design and fabrication specifications.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field
  • More than 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or project engineering
  • Experience in Inventor/Vault Professional is required
  • Experience in MathCad will be a plus
  • Experience in creating of technical drawings for machining, welding and fabrication is required
  • Knowledge of pressure equipment testing and NDT
  • Very good problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to effectively operate in the project team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in English, orally and through written documentation
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other TechnipFMC facilities.
