Senior HR Specialist (Maternity cover)

Responsibilities
Provide administration support to the People & Culture team, including, but not limited to:
- Provide support to HR Manager, HRBPs and managers in all aspects of HR Administration (main point of contact)
- Processing Employee lifecycle data changes and undertaking employee data management changes in our HR systems (e.g. SAP HR, Oracle),
- Record, process and monitor all types of employee leave
- Issue exit documentation and undertake actions related to termination of employment
- Resolve queries received via ServiceNow portal from Employees and Line Managers
- Support the business with special ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Partners with internal communication team in order that employees are aware of and understand the key business drivers and performance/behavioral expectation.
Perform role as Payroll Coordinator. The tasks include but are not limited to:
- Support employees in all questions related to payroll administration and calculations,
- Cooperate with internal and external POCs responsible for payroll related activities,
- Check the correctness of payroll calculation,
- Coordinate all tax-related issues in the context of international assignments (assistances in the preparation of annual tax statements, TEC), communication with employees and managers regarding all tax-related issues,
- Generate routine monthly and quarterly admin and salary reports as well as ad-hoc reports upon request (HC, KPI, GUS reports, retention, overtime calculation etc.),
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to issue contracts of employment, processing new start documentation, updating relevant HR systems, notifying key stakeholders and organising as well and conducting Employee inductions.
Requirements
- Preferred degree in Human Resources, Business or related field,
- 3 to 6 years of experience of general working knowledge of Polish Labour Law and Payroll calculations,
- Excellent ability to solve problems and meet deadlines by juggling multiple, competing and changing priorities,
- Proficient in applicable software, especially MS Office (e.g. Excel) and others as required (SAP, Oracle, Sharepoint),
- Solid PC skills including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and database software,
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, as well as external suppliers and organisations,
- Very good command of English (at least B2 level).
