Job Purpose

 

Join our team as a Senior Quality Control & Surveillance Resources Coordinator. Supplier Quality is an organizational unit with responsibility for management of supplier performance through robust qualification, development, inspection and preventive activities to support Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost requirements.

Your responsibilities

 

  • Handles inspection requests placed in Europe, selecting optimal way of coverage based on skills, availability and location,
  • Interacts with internal and external stakeholders to arrange the quality inspection at the vendor premises,
  • Archives the inspections reports and interacts with SQEs to support corrective actions in case of negative inspection results,
  • Cooperates with Europe Team to optimize the inspections process,
  • Evaluates quality of Third Party Inspection companies,
  • Control skills of internal and external inspection resources, identify and reports any gaps,
  • Drives improvement actions based on monthly KPIs reports,
  • Align with functional departments with minimum supervision.

You are meant for this job if

 

  • Secondary/Higher Education,
  • Possess practical PC skills to include experience and use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.) and SAP,
  • Very high organizational skills,
  • Previous experience in coordinator’s role,
  • Basic awareness of inspection methods used in the industry – desired,
  • Fundamental understanding of quality principles - desired,
  • Previous Quality Role/Funciton - desired,
  • Language: English – essential, Italian or French - desired.
