QA-Ops Lead Engineer 1

Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated engineering professional with passion to controls hardware and software, to join our Controls & Automation Software Department in Krakow Engineering Center.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead the Test Strategy across the Software development teams, as Test manager
  • Define and support Software test automation
  • Define and support Test infrastructure
  • Test data preparation
  • Communication with stakeholders and peers from different teams
  • Define Quality metrics and quality reporting
  • Define Test documentation.
  • Define Test environments (software, hardware, virtualization)
  • Support the Software requirements analysis and breakdown.

Must have skills:

  • Deep Knowledge of Quality Assurance domain 4+ years
  • 4+ years of experience in Software Test Automation
  • Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases – QA documentation
  • Experience with SDLC
  • Proven experience in SCRUM and Kanban
  • Experience with virtualization (virtualization software, connections) and cloud technologies
  • Proven experience with scripting languages (Java Script, Python)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven experience in stakeholders’ engagement
  • Deep knowledge of DDT- (Data Driven Testing)
  • Experience with version control SW (Github)
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent
  • English B2

Should have skills

  • Experience with embedded testing
  • Network Testing experience
  • CI/CD configuration experience
  • Xray knowledge
  • Experience with Testing Framework (i.e. Selenium)

Nice to have skills:

  • CAN protocol experience
  • Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
  • Energy industry experience
