Job Purpose

Lead quality interfaces with customer and maintain effective flow of information in international Subsea Projects. Ensure the contract is successfully executed through meeting the agreed requirements and specifications. Reduce cost and improve TechnipFMC performance through focus on quality and leading problem-solving initiatives.

Job Description

  • Supporting Project Quality Manager in all quality related tasks
  • Transfer customer requirements to TechnipFMC vehicles of communication
  • Coordinate with the client and other stakeholders to define quality scope, objectives, and requirements in liaison with the Project Engineer and Project Manager
  • Responsible to prepare response to customer inquiries and coordinate resolution of complaints
  • Ensure the integrity of all project specific manufacturing documentation supplied to customer
  • Work closely with Project Quality Manager, Project Manager(s), manufacturing and procurement functions
  • Conduct the disposition of non-conformances and ensures contract requirements are communicated and met
  • Lead quality investigations aimed to find the problem root cause and implement effective corrective actions

You are meant for this job if:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree and between 4-8 years’ experience in Quality
  • Knowledge of Quality management systems, methodologies, and tools
  • Familiarity with Quality and continuous improvement frameworks, such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and PDCA
  • Proven problem-solving experience, including complex quality problems
  • Good knowledge of QMS system execution and relevant ISO 9001 standards
  • Very good command of English
  • Knowledge of Subsea project and Products will be the great asset
