Job Description

  • Create the project in the ITP tool, maintain it by adding information during execution, and closing of project

  • Receive and prioritize incoming notifications

  • For inhouse activities, coordinate Quality attendance and notify Customer

  • For Supplier location activities, coordinate Quality attendance and notify internal and to Customer

  • Request for Inspection support and close requests when solved

  • Create schedule reports of future Quality activities wrt Witness and Hold points

  • Attend project kick off meeting. Address topics related to scope of work ie; notification requirements from Customer

  • When required by Project, attend project regular meetings

Requirements

  • Higher education holding a Bachelor degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Any experience working with quality projects, products or QMS is beneficial, but not a must

  • Understanding of supply chain management system

  • Knowledge and skills in: Adobe, MS Office

  • Advanced in English and Polish, verbal and written

  • Good cooperation skills

  • Able to make decisions and push actions through the organization

  • Able to work 4 day a week from our office in Kraków


Optional

  • Knowledge and skills in: Project Quality Tools, SAP

  • Good PowerBI knowledge
