Job Purpose

In OneServices Tooling we focus on increasing re-use & sharing of tools globally, ensuring tooling integrity and executing flawlessly​.

We are looking for a Project Manager with leadership to deliver to commitments, Lean mindset to drive continuous improvements and preferably experienced with workover and installation tooling.

This is the position for you if you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment together with our colleagues in Commercial, Projects, Service Centers, Engineering, and Sourcing where we define and deliver cost-winning solutions.

Job Description

  • Project Manager for OneServices Tooling deliverables
  • Accountable for all work to fulfill contractual obligations within project budgets and schedules related to the respective project
  • Lead the resources assigned to the project
  • Responsible for implementing and administering project and company policies and procedures in order to successfully achieve project objectives
  • Accountable for promoting an HSE and quality mindset as well as commercial awareness
  • Works with technical management within OneServices Tooling to develop technical/ functional solutions to achieve strategic objectives

  • Have an understanding of subsea projects, including relevant equipment, operations and services
  • Enjoy working in multi-cultural/location environment
  • Have a service mindset
  • Have experience working with project execution/management
  • Understand the need for continuous improvement
  • Have the ability to build a network with global stakeholders
  • Ability to lead/support conflict management
  • You are able to prepare and present reports and presentations in a clear and compelling way
  • Flexible with regards to traveling as part of the project execution/follow-up (globally)
  • Speak fluent English
