Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated engineering professional to join our Controls & Automation Team in Krakow Engineering Center. As an Project Engineer, you will be responsible for project specific engineering documentation for Electrical Topside Power and Controls Cabinets.

Main Responsibilities

•    Preparing specification for Topside Controls and Data Processing Cabinets
•    Creating, maintaining and reviewing engineering documents such as: part reports, test procedures, assembly procedures, specifications, drawings etc.
•    Performing and contributing to design reviews, technical meetings, creating meeting minutes and reports
•    Provide input during all phases of the product design process to ensure compliance to applicable standards
•    Participating in Factory Acceptance Tests
•    Contributing to product standardization activities
•    Providing input to engineering documentation and project schedule
•    Following-up and coordinating other engineering disciplines (network and electrical engineering) within the scope of supply
•    Identifying and troubleshooting issues concerning current projects

Required Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s or Master's Degree Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or related field
•    Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
•    Experience in AutoCAD, EPLAN Electric or similar
•    Knowledge of industrial communication protocols
•    Basic knowledge of network components such as switches, routers and firewalls
•    Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics 
•    Ability to effectively operate in the project team environment
•    Very good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
•    Demonstrated ability to communicate in English, orally and through written documentation
•    Willingness to travel to other TechnipFMC facilities

The position is based on a 4‑days‑in‑office / 1‑day‑remote hybrid model
A relocation package is available if you choose to move to Krakow for work purposes
