Job Purpose

Join our team as a Project Document Controller.

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Creates customer records and document numbers as required and prepare documents for transmittal to client according to project specific procedures
  • Handles and registers all outgoing and incoming transmittals according to project document control procedure
  • Checks document and transmittal quality according to check list for document control
  • Manages supplier documentation
  • Participates in the development, maintenance and improvement of departmental / projects document control work processes
  • Collects information for reports

Requirements

 

  • 1-3 years of experience within document control of supplier documents
  • Professional English (B2/C1 is a must)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to evaluate alternatives and make decisions within established procedures
  • Well-developed cooperation and communication skills within diverse cultural environments
  • Ability to identify deviations to set procedures and contribute to problem resolution
  • Ability to work from our office in Krakow min 4 days per week
