Job Purpose

The Fasteners Product Engineer provides expert knowledge on fasteners and supports the organization in standards, documentation, compliance and technical problem-solving. The role contributes to standardization and improvement initiatives and collaborates with global engineering teams.

This role is based in Kraków and requires working from the office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

· Provide expert engineering knowledge about product to other engineers, supply chain and quality teams

· Maintain product portfolio (part creation, maintenance and obsolescence)

· Support technical governance authority

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements

· Support standardization and simplification (SSI) initiatives

· Contribute to development of technical guidelines and specifications

· Lead or support technical issue resolution and quality notifications

· Share knowledge and support competence development within the discipline

Requirements

· Master’s degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering (or relevant technical discipline)

· Minimum 4 years of relevant product or materials engineering experience in materials, mechanical or design engineering

· Good understanding of metallic materials and basic engineering calculations

· Experience with CAD tools and engineering systems (e.g., NX, AutoCAD, Teamcenter, SAP)

· Strong problem‑solving, planning and communication skills

· Very good command of technical English (written and spoken)
