Job Purpose

The Support Services department is responsible for flawless execution and on time delivery of all Customer orders in Subsea Business Unit. We provide support for various areas within ER and NAM region: Projects, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Planning, Logistic and Document Management.

Job Description

  • Register Supplier Documents into SAP and E-Plan
  • Process SMDR (Supplier Master Document Registers) in accordance with applicable processes
  • Quality verification of data after workshop execution
  • Closing Service Orders into Technically Completed status
  • Assists with development of process documentation in related field
  • Provide additional support where required in order to provide the best possible service to our internal and external customers
  • Other tasks delegated by Manager and Team Leader

You are meant for this job if

  • Student after 3rd year of studies
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Availability to work 20-30 hours a week
  • Communicative level of spoken and written English,
  • Good communication skills and team-player spirit
  • Systematic, open minded, reliable person
  • Attention to details, ability to work with big amount of data
