Office Administration (6-month Intern)

Responsibilities:

  • Reception service and full front desk support to employees, internal and external guests
  • Registering incoming post and distributing to the relevant departments
  • Preparing outgoing post
  • Providing assistance to all documentation using Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Monitoring inventory levels and processing office supply orders
  • Support in managing parking and hot desk systems
  • Coordinate activities of cleaning service
  • Supporting in regular contact with external suppliers and vendors
  • Perform various administrative tasks according to the needs of the unit as well as facility maintaining and employee support

Our requirements

  • Student or graduate status in a field related to administration, management, or a related area
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office365: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI (good knowledge of Excel recommended)
  • Advanced English language skills essential
  • Willingness to learn new skills and improve already possessed
  • Proactive attitude
  • Strong presentational skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, with an ability to self-manage and self-motivate as required
  • Flexible and very well-organized person with a knowledge of how to prioritize and plan ahead
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Ability to act on ad-hock tasks
