Material Planner

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Material Planner to join our Planning Department in Krakow Global Engineering and Service Center.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure clean requisition for buyers prior to releasing
• Extending parts into different SAP plants
• Creating, extending and maintaining material master data
• Analysing MRP and evaluating MRP exception codes
• Creating purchase requisitions and production orders
• Analysing supply chain impact of engineering changes (ZIMPACT)
• Following up and handling ECNs (Engineering Change Notices)
• Maintaining safety stock, minimum lot size and reorder points
• Creating STOs to common stock
• Highlighting production/material planning issues and securing business continuity

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Logistics, Production Planning, Project Management or similar
• Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, planning, maintenance, execution or project management
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)
• Very good command of English
• Good communication skills and team-player spirit
• Attention to details, ability to work with big amount of data
