Design Engineer

Become Design Engineer and join our Valve, Actuators & Choke Department within Engineering Manufacturing & Sourcing (EMS) One Engineering. 

Please note that this role requires working 4 days/week form our office in Kraków.

Responsibilities

•    Performs tasks in accordance with department instructions, schedules, processes, and HSE requirements: utilizing technically correct engineering analysis, optimized engineering solutions, and provide technical assistance to other functions within the organization
•    Present designs during internal design meetings, prepare and review technical documents and drawings in accordance with design standards
•    Creation and review of technical documentation required for internal and external customers throughout the value stream (Tender/Projects/Service base).
•    Engineering support required for internal and external customers through collaboration across different business functions (Project Management, Planning, Quality, Sourcing & Procurement, Supplier Quality ,Manufacturing)
•    Support Lean process and product development  improvements through Lessons Learned, Root Cause Analysis, other methods of Continuous Improvement.
•    Works independently on assigned tasks and participates in more complex projects under supervision of more senior engineering personnel

Requirements

  • Relevant engineering degree, minumum Bachelor degree 
  • Strong level of English min. B2/C1
  • Demonstrated ability to apply engineering skills throughout the product life cycle
  • Job experience is beneficial 
  • Demonstrated proficiency working with Engineering product databases, business ERP systems, MS office applications is beneficial 
  • Demonstration of problem solving skills 
  • Proficient communication both verbal and written with suppliers and customers, internal and external
  • Team player
