Job Purpose

Project Quality Krakow is part of the TechnipFMC organization, providing quality and operational support to global Oil & Gas projects worldwide. As our team continues to grow and expand its scope, we are seeking an enthusiastic Intern to support daily operations, gain exposure to international projects, and develop valuable professional skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Description

Support Project Quality Administrators in their day-to-day activities, including:

  • Receive and prioritise incoming inspection notifications.
  • Coordinate Quality attendance for in-house activities and notify the customer.
  • Coordinate Quality attendance for activities at supplier locations and notify internal stakeholders and the customer.
  • Maintain effective communication between the TechnipFMC project team, customers, and suppliers.
  • Arrange inspectors as required.
  • Review and verify inspection reports.
  • Attend regular project meetings when required.
  • 1-year civil law contract for an internship.

Requirements

  • Final-year student in Quality, Engineering, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
  • Proficiency in Adobe applications and Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Availability to work from the Kraków office 4 days per week.
