Job Purpose

We are currently looking for a skilled passionate professional to join our Administration Department for full time job. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and monitor of internal procedures, regulations, and instructions with the requirements of Polish occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Deliver HSE inductions/trainings to employees, subcontractors, interns.
  • Conduct regular inspections & audits of the site under responsibility on HSE matters.
  • Report any deficiencies and non-conformities identified.
  • Management of HSE equipment at site (yearly reviews)
  • Supporting HSES Team (also as a member of a team)
  • Assist in emergency response programs at site.
  • Support HSES communication at site
  • Actively participate in organization of HSES company events
  • Assist in the development of HSES budgets and administer HSES-related budgets.
  • Drive the implementation of the Global HSE (including Global Environmental) standards and initiatives in the workplace.
  • Participate in the Global/Regional Network/Workgroup for HSE management system & compliance related improvement efforts.
  • Support the Global HSE compliance team to plan & conduct HSE internal audits/ assessments for site(s) in the region as per agreed scope, schedule, & availability
  • Site responsible for local entity Environmental data reporting
  • Lead the implementation of workplace-specific Environmental initiatives/programs in the workplace.

You are meant for this job if:

  • 1-4 years HSE experience/exposure (management system, compliance, processes, operational/ project execution).
  • HSE Lead Auditor (ISO 14001 or ISO 45001) from a recognized service provider, with good knowledge in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Good knowledge & experience in Polish HSE regulatory requirements.
  • Good knowledge & experience in the implementation of effective HSE management system, processes & compliance/ regulatory requirements in the project(s) or workplace(s).
  • Strong presentational skills
  • Multitasking and proactive attitude
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel – required, PowerApps - not a must but highly appreciated)
  • Fluent English language skills essential
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, with an ability to self-manage and self-motivate as required
  • Flexible and very well organized person with a knowledge of how to prioritize and plan ahead
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to act on ad-hock tasks.
  • You are able to work from the Cracow's office (3 days per week)
