Job Purpose
The Global Rotational Graduate program blends formal training with hands-on experience, real design work, and professional development. You’ll rotate through different functions, gaining exposure to various areas of our business, while building leadership skills and benefiting from mentorship every step of the way.
At the successful completion of the rotation program, the Graduate program management team will determine the Rotational Graduate Engineer placement into the organization that aligns with the graduate career goals and meets the business's needs. This journey is designed to help you learn and discover where you feel most inspired and where you can grow the fastest. It’s a chance to learn, contribute, and make an impact from day one.
This is a full-time role working from our office in Kraków, Poland.
Job Description
- Participate in up to three different engineering roles over a 2-year period, rotating every six to eight months as determined by the Graduate Program Manager.
- Work on real projects or contribute with the regular department activities with significant responsibilities, contributing to the engineering and execution processes at TechnipFMC.
- Engage in formal and on-the-job training, hands-on and design roles, and professional development activities to build a diverse skillset.
- Take advantage of built-in leadership and mentorship opportunities to enhance professional growth.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of various functions within the business through diverse placements.
- Participate in specific development activities designed to complement work assignments and enhance learning.
- Collaborate with various teams and departments to gain insights into different aspects of the business and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Contribute to innovative solutions and problem-solving initiatives within the engineering roles, applying critical thinking and creativity.
- Regularly participate in performance evaluations and feedback sessions to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and set goals for future rotations.
- Build a professional network within TechnipFMC by engaging with colleagues, mentors, and industry professionals during rotations and development activities.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while performing job duties.

You are meant for this job if:
- You have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial, Material, Oil & Gas, Structural, Engineering Technology), with graduation within the last 2 years or be in their final year of university, demonstrating strong academic performance and technical skills
- Advanced English level (B2/C1) is required
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
- Team work easiness
- Ability to adopt to dynamic task/project situation
- Able to work 4 days in a week from our office in Kraków, Poland
