Job Purpose

As a Design Engineer you will join Well & Flow Control department in Krakow to be responsible for execution of engineering projects within Connection Systems products.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the design of Connection Systems products in Flow Control product family - Termination Heads, Hubs, Caps which includes:
    • Defining products related requirements
    • Creating 3d models and drawings of single components and assemblies
    • Defining tolerances per ISO GPS
    • Checking interfaces including tolerance stuck-up studies
    • Creating production and service documentation
  • Performing Design Reviews
  • Responsible for project assigned budget and schedule
  • Reviewing the work of the team members
  • Cooperating with multifunctional departments within TechnipFMC

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree vs. Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Machine Design or other related field
  • 3 years of experience in Product Design & Development
  • Good communication skills, capable of solving technical issues
  • Experience in CAD software (NX preferred)
  • Knowledge and experience in using ISO GPS (Geometrical Products Specifications)
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter is an asset.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Experience in Design for Excellence (Manufacturing, Assembly, Cost etc.) is an asset
  • The position is based on a 4‑days‑in‑office / 1‑day‑remote hybrid model
  • A relocation package is available if you choose to move to Krakow for work purposes
