Job purpose:

Supports the Proposal team by collecting, organizing, analyzing and managing all documentation needed for a proposal

Job description:

  • Pricing of services and products to Project Departments for Project Call-offs and/or Contract Amendments not covered by existing Contracts
  • Responsible for compiling tender documents and preparing tender packages
  • Pricing of spare parts for internal and external sales
  • Continuous update of Master Price List for spare parts
  • Maintenance and Improvement of Standard Price Books for Subsea Services
  • Contribute to the development of databases and tools for cost and pricing purposes
  • Contribute to development, maintenance and improvement of Price Models, processes, templates, instructions and best practices for Pricing Tenders and Contracts
  • Gathers all relevant data and provides support to all Proposal Team, preparing analysis and reports

  • The position is based on a 4‑days‑in‑office / 1‑day‑remote hybrid model
  • A relocation package is available if you choose to move to Krakow for work purposes

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in Finance / Economy related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of ERP systems will be advantage (SAP)
  • Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate would be beneficial
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Professional English (B2/C1 is a must)
  • Good communication skills and team-player spirit
  • Attention to details, ability to work with big amount of data
