Job Purpose

The Change Management Leader is responsible for driving user readiness, adoption and sustained behavioral change for enterprise business software deployments.   This role develops and oversees the execution of change strategies, communication and training plans in conjunction to process and software owners to ensure succesful implementation and value realization.  Acting as a key partner to process and software owners, this position proactively manages adoption risks and ensures consistent messaging and engagment across stakeholders. 

This is not an administrative position or a traditional project-based change management role.  We are seeking a proactive change management leader who takes the time to understand the organization's culture, challenges and operating realities and who can design and deploy change management programs that effectively engage and influence all levels of the organization.

Job Description

  • Develops and executes comprehensive change management strategies to support business software deployements from design through post-go-live stabilization
  • Defines clear change, communication and training plans aligned to deployment milestones and business objectives. 
  • Assess change impacts across affected stakeholder groups, roles and processes. 
  • Identifies, tracks and mitigates risks to adoption using agreed-upon change management methodologies.
  • Proactively address resistance and adoption challenges through targeted intervention. 
  • Coordiantes business engagement efforts to ensure clear, consistent and timely messaging across all audiences. 
  • Partners with leadership to reinforce key messages and sponsorship behaviors. 
  • Partners with software owners to define role-based training approaches and material. 
  • Ensure training materials are aligned with business workflows and user experience. 
  • Support post-deployment adoption efforts to ensure solutions deliver intended business outcomes
  • Capture lessons learned and continuously improve change management practices. 

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Change, Communications or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational readiness or business transformation roles is a must
  • Demostrated experience in supporting enterprise-wide deployments
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to manage change across a global organization

 

Familiarity with a formal framework like PROSCI would be preferred.
