Job Purpose
• The Tender Project Lead is responsible for coordinating global Controls and Automation bids by managing cross-functional teams to develop system and subsystem-level commercial proposals for SPS systems.
• The position requires leadership, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure execution strategies, cost benchmarks, and risk assessments are aligned with client needs and TechnipFMC’s strategic objectives.
Job Description
Tender execution and tender process coordination
• Key focal point between Subsea and REMS, responsible for the delivery of the whole Controls and Automation subsystem tender package to Subsea, for small, mid-size and complex projects
• Gather and synthesize system-level information to drive tender success
• Initiate and oversee the sub-system tender process from initiation to submission
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sourcing, planning, and different product teams to ensure seamless tender process and alignment
• Coordinate every stage of the tender bid preparation, taking ownership for quality and precision
• Organize, lead, and facilitate bid review meetings with cross-functional teams
• Internal customers/stakeholders are in all major TechnipFMC locations: USA, Canada, Brazil, Norway, UK, France, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia
Requirements

- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling diverse tasks and engaging with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset, working effectively across engineering, sourcing, planning, and product teams to ensure alignment.
- Analytical thinking skills, capable of synthesizing system-level information and leveraging benchmarks to drive competitiveness.
- Willing to work 4 days in a week from our Krakow office.
- Enthusiastic about working in a multicultural team distributed across several global TechnipFMC locations in REMS and Subsea.

Qualifications Required:
• Holds a BSc or MSc in engineering or a related discipline, or possesses a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrates outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Has a proven ability to collaborate effectively and coordinate with global teams.
• Skilled in executing EPC/iEPCI projects.
• Experience in Controls and Automation is considered an asset.
• Proficient in MS Project, MS Excel, and SAP.
