Your main responsibilities will include

•    Fulfilling inquiries and purchasing activities within time and budget
•    Making sure all the information necessary for issuing the inquiry is available
•    Checking if purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and reporting if applicable
•    Expediting bids
•    Negotiations with vendors
•    Preparing the purchase order documents in due time and checks for quality
•    Contributing to recovery of amounts relevant to back-charges already notified to the vendors
•    Resolving commercial issues, and managing purchase orders of high value and complexity
•    Communicating order status with internal stakeholders, and ensure accuracy of system data.
•    Taking part of mitigation processes towards supplier

Requirements

  • Experience in leading a purchase order negotiation 
  • Experience in leading Project Procurement strategies and activities to mitigate the risk in his own scope
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in working in similar position
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistic, or similar 
  • English B2/C1
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify process weaknesses and make recommendations to processs and workflow improvements to reduce costs and/or increase quality and/or efficiency
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Gives and takes constructive feedback well
  • Maintain a high professional standard and promote good team dynamics
  • Ability to handle dynamic work environment
  • Good communicaton skills
  • Willingness to work 4 days in a week from our Krakow office
